Miramar. Explorations in the Sea of Amunt
Miramar presents its creative cosmos in an exhibition at the Casa de Cultura de Girona. A Miramar project developed jointly with Bonart, which has the support of the Diputació de Girona, and with the collaboration of L'Amant, Gramona and the Fundació Lluís Coromina.

National Room Manager Award 2025
Montse Serra received the National Chef Award 2025, at the XXVII Edition of the National Gastronomy Awards, awarded by the Catalan Academy of Gastronomy and Nutrition. A recognition to people and projects that stand out for their work in favor of Catalan cuisine.

Chefs for Children
It is an honor and a joy to have participated, once again, in Chefs For Children, collaborating with the ZERO Diabetes Foundation. Thanks to the organization for making it possible and, above all, to the children who remind us that "eating healthy is fun" and that teaching from the heart always leaves a mark.

We have renewed the 3 Suns of the Repsol Guide, a recognition that encourages us to continue exploring and evolving in our gastronomic journey.

X Macarfi Gala
On February 17 we celebrated the great feast of gastronomy in the X Macarfi Gala. Our congratulations to all the winners and our thanks to MACARFI for continuing to recognize the culinary talent of our territory. We are very proud to be in the Top 15 of Catalonia.

A recognition that celebrates our history
We have received the Historic Establishment Award from the Girona Chamber of Commerce, an honor that coincides with our 85th anniversary. A recognition of the history of Miramar and all the people who have been part of it.

Montagud Dinner
Last February 24th we lived a unique evening at Montagud's house, surrounded by history, passion and good gastronomy. We would like to thank Montagud Editores for opening their doors to us and to each of the people who joined us for this special dinner.

PACO PÉREZ OPENS at Mà, LA TRASTIENDA DE MIRAMAR
Paco Pérez opens Mà, a bakery and backroom inside the Miramar. Diners, guests and customers at street level can buy bread, sweets and products from the pantry of this artisan bakery in Llançà.

PACO PÉREZ, AWARDED WITH ANOTHER MICHELIN STAR
Paco Pérez has been awarded another Michelin star, this time for his restaurant Arco, located in Gdansk, Poland. They have celebrated with Antonio Arcieri, head chef of Arco.

4 HANDS WITH ALBERT ADRIÀ IN ARCHERY
The Arco Restaurant in Gdansk was the setting for an unforgettable 4-hands dinner with chefs Albert Adrià, from Enigma, and Paco Pérez. A fantastic evening where both talents joined forces to offer an exceptional gastronomic experience in the heart of Poland.

PACO PEREZ FOR UNICEF
On September 27th, the Hotel María Cristina in San Sebastián hosted a charity dinner in favor of UNICEF. In addition to Paco Pérez, renowned chefs participated in this gala to raise funds for vulnerable children.

LA MAR D'AMUNT IN THE PHILIPPINES
Paco Pérez and his team brought the essence of Catalan cuisine to the Philippines in a unique event. Organized by Barcino Restaurant, a reference of Spanish gastronomy in the Philippines, this experience paid tribute to La Mar d'Amunt, in an authentic culinary journey.

The Miramar Explora Day brought together several artists to live an immersive and disruptive experience in front of the Mar d'Amunt. A day dedicated to sharing inspiration and emotions within the creative processes of gastronomy. A collaboration with Bonart Cultural.

MIRAMAR & PERELADA: INHÒSPIT 2010
Miramar Restaurant and Perelada winery join forces to present INHÒSPIT 2010, an exclusive wine born from the collaboration between Paco Pérez and Delfí Sanahuja. Inspired by the Mar d'Amunt and the Garbet vineyard, this unique creation pays homage to art, illustrated with a work by Salvador Dalí.

FOUR HANDS WITH PEPE VIEIRA, AT ENOTECA
Paco Pérez celebrates 15 years at the helm of Enoteca, his restaurant at the Hotel Arts in Barcelona with two Michelin stars and two Repsol Suns, with the cycle 'Somos Mar', which will feature guest chefs, the first one being Pepe Vieira.
