At Miramar, the gastronomic experience unfolds in different ways: the MAR Tasting Menu, a journey through the creative essence of the marine universe of Paco Pérez; the Memory, Territory and Culture Menu, a reduced selection of dishes from the menu accompanied by a seasonal dessert; and the Carta, a contemporary interpretation of the sea cuisine of the Alt Empordà.
Our sommelier, Toni Gata, proposes tailor-made harmonies for each option with a careful selection of local producers and wineries.
