PACO PÉREZ REOPENS MIRAMAR WITH A NEW ODA TO MARINE GASTRONOMY
Paco Pérez opens the season today in his flagship restaurant, Miramar (Llançà, Girona), with a tasting menu entitled ‘MAY 21, 25 ideas’. The Catalan chef with the most Michelin stars (5) continues his commitment to marine cuisine, inspired by La Mar d’Amunt, as he did in the 2020 season, unusually short.
The new tasting menu revolves around 25 ideas that focus on the product and the technique at your service to enhance flavors and textures. In addition to the tasting menu, which was modified with nuances specific to each season, Miramar’s gastronomic offer also has another shorter menu (day and night), which reviews the chef’s culinary tradition and incorporates classics such as their rice dishes. This year it is called ‘Memory, Territory and Culture’.
